Wizarding World Harry Potter Dobby Elf Doll

This hat is fantastic so far. I would give it five stars, except that the company, or Amazon, or something between the two is off. I bought this hat for something like $42 or $43 originally, and then I looked and saw the next day or possibly the day after that it had dropped down to like $35. So I thought, well there's free returns, I am just going to save the money and reorder at the cheaper price. Birthdays start to get expensive! So I went to return the first one. I hadn't even opened it or anything, it came perfectly packaged, works great, the only reason I'm returning it is for the price that changed virtually overnight. But then the return is not free! The return is $6.99, there is only one free location on a military base that is not accessible to anybody but military personnel. So I was unhappy about the big swing in price but extra unhappy at the "free returns" not actually being free. That's mostly why I docked some stars. The product itself is awesome as far as I can tell.
